Full NBA Schedule Out For 2011-2012, Breaking Down Best Games

There’s a good chance that it will never happen, but the NBA has released their complete schedule for the upcoming season.
Beginning November 1st with the Chicago Bulls at the Dallas Mavericks (8pm ET), opening night will also feature the Los Angeles Lakers and Oklahoma City Thunder in LA, along with the Houston Rockets in Utah to face the Jazz.
Other highlights from the 2011-2012 sked include LeBron James and the Heat in New York to face the Knicks on November 2nd, along with a Christmas Day tripleheader that features Mavs-Heat, Celtics-Knicks and Bulls-Lakers.
Blake Griffin would start his sophomore campaign at home against the Memphis Grizzlies, in a battle of two up-and-coming squads, while Kobe Bryant and the Lakers are set to play in Golden State on the second night of an early back-to-back.
Looking at NBA rookies, Kyrie Irving would make his Cleveland Cavaliers debut in Boston against the Celtics, while Minnesota’s Derrick Williams would start at home against the Atlanta Hawks. That contest would also be Ricky Rubio’s first taste of NBA action.
Meanwhile, Jimmer Fredette’s first chance would come at home against Rockets, while Bismack Biyombo and Kemba Walker would each debut for Charlotte in Orlando on the 2nd.

-LA Lakers at Miami, Dec. 8, 8pm ET
-LA Lakers at Dallas, Dec. 15, 9:30pm ET
-Chicago at Boston, Feb. 12, 3:30pm ET
