NBA 2K12 Covers Feature Jordan, Bird, Magic
The guys at 2K Sports have revealed the NBA 2K12 cover, and they’ve gone with multiple legends to fill
that role this year.
Michael Jordan is back after gracing the front of NBA 2K11, joined by Larry Bird and Magic Johnson. Instead of one version, 2K will release three different covers, each featuring one of the old-timers.
The Larry Legend edition is featured above, while you can click on the other images here to see enlarged versions. Which is your favorite, and do you agree with the choice to go with multiple versions of ex-NBA players?
It makes some sense, considering the league is going through a lockout and it might not be the best time to feature a current star.
As well, 2K has said every version of the 
game will be identical, but it gives consumers the chance to pick the cover of their choice – each store will receive an equal number of each version to sell.
