First of all, let's just say LeBron James has a life that rivals the wildest fantasies you can dream up. While that might be obvious, Arash Markazi's latest profile on ESPN really gives us some interesting details of LeBron's latest party weekend in Vegas.
It's a great read, but most surprising is the decision to pull the story just minutes after it hit the web. Almost as soon as the link went live, it was dead.
The question is, why? Did ESPN really cave to James and his team, or was something else at play here? Maybe an unhappy promoter in Vegas got it pulled, but the most likely cause is still LeBron and co.
Another question - do the folks at ESPN understand how the Internet works? Apparently not, since it wasn't too hard to get a hold of the story - here is the entire thing:
Great stuff, huh? I'd say it makes me a cross between jealous and flat-out amazed. Also, it's a little ridiculous to realize people actually live this way on a regular basis.
Still, the biggest story here is still ESPN's curious choice to post and then pull the feature. As a result, it has received even more coverage, while the story is only marginally tougher to find at this point.
